Cancellation / Reschedule Policy
• Reschedule: You may reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation email.
• Cancel for refund:
– ≥ 24 hours notice: Full refund.
– 6–24 hours: 50 % refund or one-time reschedule (your choice).
– < 6 hours or no-show: Payment is non-refundable.
